Start gravity: 1.053
End gravity: 1.013

ABV: 5.29%

IBU: 99.2

Fermentables:

4 kg – Golden Promise
0.135 kg – Wheat
0.175 kg – Cara Malt

Hops:

20 g Columbus (Boil 60 mins)
30 g Mosaic (Boil 30 mins)
30 g Mosiac (Boil 10 mins)
20 g Citra (Boil 10 mins)
20 g Mosaic  (Dry hop 3 days)
20 g Citra (Dry hop 3 days)

Yeast:

Wyeast American Ale 1056

Mash at 67 degrees

Sparge at 78 degrees

Boil for 60 mins

Ferment at 22 degrees
